who we are

ICT has experience and expertise in constructing new buildings, remodeling of existing structures, office fit-outs and remodels, building warehouses, upgrading to conform with accessible buildings code, remodeling of restrooms and staff areas, pouring concrete slabs, installation of retaining walls, canopies, and covered walkways.

ICT offers a full project management and turn-key service from the provision of architectural drawings to engineer’s details and pulling of permits to the construction management of the project.

We use in-house trades to successfully interface in those gray areas where the responsibility of one
sub-contractor ends and the other begins, a point where many projects run into trouble.

Based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, ICT is owned and operated by Patrick Laheen, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry, from being a construction cost estimator in Manhattan to managing his own company in Dublin, Ireland, where he built and refurbished commercial and industrial buildings, as well as restored listed structures such as Georgian and Victorian homes.

He has provided warehousing, design and build services, and office remodels for corporate clients such as Vodaphone, Colgate Palmolive, Elan and numerous others.

He presently caters to the commercial sector in North Carolina with an emphasis on solutions to industrial roofing.

Door and window replacement, repairs to damaged boundary walls and gates, concrete coring and repairs, floor slab repairs and coatings, correction of roof and land drainage systems, interior repairs, tile replacement, drywall, emergency response to accidental damage or failure.
